Thank you

Thank you for completing our survey. It’d be great if all members of your family (including children), friends and colleagues in Ruddington completed the survey too. Click here to open the survey again.

What happens next?

The law says that Neighbourhood Plans have to be researched and written in a certain way, and this survey is our second step. Using the answers you’ve given us, we’ll draft the actual planning policies for Ruddington, pull them all together into a draft Neighbourhood Plan document, and consult the village once more, hopefully early next year. Rushcliffe Borough Council will then run their own consultation on it, and get an examiner to make sure it’s written properly. If all goes well, there’ll be a village referendum later in 2019 for you to decide whether to accept or reject the final plan, and if enough people say ‘yes’, Ruddington will have it’s very own lawful planning policies sitting alongside Rushcliffe’s Local Plan.
